Welcome fellow mountain bikers.  My name is Aaron Day and this is my blog bliss about mountain biking everywhere.  I grew up in Moab Utah and I'm what you consider an advid cyclist.  I raced downhill for many years and competed in the 2003 Red Bull Rampage.  My goal is to show the world some of the new and exciting trails for all levels of riding skills.  I will be posting video with some of my fellow cyclist and friends.  Hope you all enjoy and get out and ride.
